💼 Position: Data Entry & Customer Support Executive

📍 Location: Anand Jewellers, 64 Karni Colony, Chandna Bhakar, Jodhpur 342003

⏳ Job Type: Full-time

🔹 Responsibilities:

✔ Data Entry: Maintain and update jewellery inventory, orders, and customer details.
✔ WhatsApp Support: Respond to customer queries, process orders, and handle complaints professionally.
✔ Social Media Handling: Upload posts, reply to DMs/comments, and engage with customers.
✔ Basic Designing: Create promotional posts using Canva or similar tools (preferred).
✔ Order Processing: Coordinate with packaging and dispatch teams for smooth order fulfillment.

🎯 Requirements:

🔹 This is an on-site position; candidates must be willing to work from our shop.
🔹 Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or social media management.
🔹 Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
🔹 Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
🔹 Experience with WhatsApp Business and Instagram handling.
🔹 Familiarity with jewellery trends is a plus!
