Customised or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

– Pack the item securely, including the RA number, and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.

– We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

1.3 Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or if we made an error in fulfilling your order.

2.1 Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable:

– Customized or personalized items (unless they are damaged or defective).

– Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless they are damaged or defective).

2.3 Refund Amount: The refund amount will include the cost of the returned item(s) minus any shipping fees (if applicable). Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or other fees paid during importation are non-refundable.
